Girls Night Out - March Application

The Imprint Duo is proud to host another incredible Girls Night Out event showcasing the best of the best female owned businesses in Central Florida.

Each space is 10x10. Vendors will be responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
This event will continue rain or shine.

Vendor Space - $65 (+tax)
Food Truck or Trailer - $100 (+tax)

Please understand this application DOES NOT guarantee approval as we are trying to not duplicate too many vendors with similar products. 
** Due to the volume of applicants, you will only receive an email if you are APPROVED.**  
If invoice is not paid on time, or other arrangements are not made, the invoice will be canceled and the spot will be offered to next in line. 
Please understand , there are hundreds of applicants and a limited number of spaces available.
We strictly prohibit booth sharing. Only one business is allowed per space.

Although this venue does have a covered pavilion, we utilize more of the grounds to accommodate vendors.
IF APPROVED, your acceptance does not guarantee a pavilion space. We do our best to place vendors in strategic locations as to create a cohesive market experience. Be prepared to use a tent if selected for one.

GNO vendor terms
*No disposable table clothes are permitted.
*Vendors are responsible for any damages caused by their tents, equipment, or staff.
*No encroaching is allowed into other vendors spaces, you may fully utilize the space paid for.
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a caregiver. 
*Valuables should not be left unattended. The Imprint Duo or the venue will not assume responsibility for theft, damage or loss of property or possession.
*You are responsible for removing all trash  from your booth and area after close of event.
*All vendors will conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner throughout the event.

We are not responsible for lost money due to scams. If you are unsure before making a payment, reach out to us via email to confirm.
