Welcome to my pre-order form for book signings:

I will only be taking a limited number of copies of each of my books, so to avoid disappointment, please fill out the form below for pre-orders. ALL pre-ordered books will come complete with complimentary, exclusive swag.

Invoices will be sent out through PayPal and the full amount will be payable on receipt of the invoice. I will not be sending out any invoices until a few weeks before each signing so you don't need to pay anything yet. If you'd like to pay earlier than this, please contact me and I'll be happy to facilitate this.
