Seat Belt Campaign Impact Evaluation

This is an on-line road safety survey for adults 18-65 years who travel as a driver or front seat passenger on main roads in St. John’s City.  Please complete and submit. All responses are strictly confidential, and all data will be aggregated and analysed in Italy. No individual response will be used.

By completing this survey you will assist the Ministry of Works to improve road safety in Antigua and Barbuda.

The questionnaire contains 29 questions relating to road safety, your demographics (age, sex, licence status etc) and media habits. It should take about 15 minutes to complete and submit this important survey.
