Thank you for supporting the shareholder resolution by choosing to co-file. Your support is critical to exerting additional pressure on Microsoft. In order to comply with the SEC's rules, we are asking all co-filers to fill out this form,  especially being careful to indicate the value of your shares in Microsoft. We need to keep track of the total value of Microsoft shares of all co-filers, since, if the total surpasses USD $5 million, we will be required to file an exempt solicitation for any communications "reasonably calculated" to garner shareholder support. We are also asking for the total assets under management (AUM) of the co-filers (this only applies to institutional investors), which will only be published in the aggregate for communications purposes.
