Due to extremely high demand for sewing machine repairs and the small, niche nature of our business, we are now *SCHEDULING* sewing machine repair on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please complete the following form, which will secure your place in the order received.  As we work our way through the backlog, we will contact you via email a week before your repair slot is coming up.

*Please do not drop off your machine* without a prior arrangement.  We simply don't have room in our small shop for all the machines awaiting repairs.

Thank you for your patience as we, representing an severely limited resource, strive to accommodate the vast demand for high-quality repair as efficiently as possible while attempting to keep our prices manageable for the average individual.

Adding your machine to this list in no way creates any obligation on your part.  This is just to let you know that in the event you do end up bringing your machine into the shop, this minimum charge is intended to recover the time required to diagnose a problem for which you decide not to pursue further repairs.  Under most circumstances this time is always recovered in the standard quoted charge.
