• Demonstrated impact on resource sharing or co-development of OER materials across institutions.

• Effective collaboration between faculty, librarians, and/or instructional designers from multiple institutions.

• Evidence of cost savings and increased student access across institutions.

• Development of scalable or replicable models of cross-institutional collaboration.

• Contributions to fostering a statewide or regional culture of OER sharing and support.
