Summer 2024 Exam for Acceleration Registration
This form is for students currently enrolled at Cedar Park Middle School interested in accelerating an entire grade level or advancing in a particular subject area.

This form MUST be filled out by a parent. Students will be required to pass the exams with 80% or more to receive credit. If students pass, they will be required to accelerate. 

Testing for Summer 2024 will be between June 4-6th at Henry Middle School. Students should bring their device if possible, otherwise one will be provided.
