Use this form to register your child for the 2024 Caldwell Pubic Library K-5 Summer Reading Program. Fill out a separate form for each child in your family. Parents of children who are age 5 and entering kindergarten in September may choose to enroll them in either this program or our
Wee-Read program. Program runs June 23rd - August 16th
Participants will complete various challenges based on the 2024 summer reading theme: Adventure Begins at Your Library in order to earn stamps, brag tags, and other incentives. (See the passport game sheet for specific details.) Students who earn two brag tags by 8/16/24 will earn an invitation to our 2024 Summer Reading Finale and Awards Program: a Glow Dance Party at All 4 Dance Studio on Wed., Aug. 21st at 6pm.
If you are registering at home, stop by the library to pick up your summer reading challenge activity kit so that your child can get started with the program! They can also color a bike to add to the front of our circulation desk!
