VHE PikMyKid Transportation Survey - ONLY NEW STUDENTS NEED TO SUBMIT THE FORM!

This form will need to be filled out for EACH NEW student for the 24-25 school year!  If your child went to VHE last year, you just need to log into the app and update your primary dismissal mode. 

1) Please fill out this form for EACH NEW student to let us know what the default mode of afternoon transportation for your student will be! We need this information to populate our dismissal app, PikMyKid. If your information in this form is incorrect, there will be a delay in processing your PikMyKid account creation.

2) This form is not used to change mode of dismissal. It is ONLY needed for initial set-up. You will use this form to choose your default (most used) mode of transportation.

3) Please WAIT to download the app and attempt to login. You will not be able to create an account until we manually upload the data from this form into the PikMyKid platform. We will upload on a daily basis and send a quick email to parents once their information has been added.

In the next section, you will select your default (most used) afternoon mode of transportation. Options are explained below.
  • Bus: Buses will run for (1) any families who live more than 1 mile from VHE and (2) any families that live west of Monroe Dr. If you live west of Monroe Dr. and are less than 1 mile from VHE you WILL have a bus, due to congestion at the Monroe Dr. & 10th St. intersection. See 24-25 Routes Here. We receive updated routes closer to the start of school. 
  • Car Line: Students picked up via carpool. Parents/Guardians will enter the carpool line at the main entrance of the school. Only right hand turns off of Virginia Ave. into the main entrance will be permitted.
  • Parent Walk Up: Student will be met by an adult at VHE who will walk/bike home with them. Parents/Guardians will pick children up at the VHE Auditorium entrance on the corner of Virginia Ave and Park.
  • Independent Walker: Student is in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade and will walk/bike home independently. OR, student is in a lower grade and they are accompanied home by an older sibling in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade.
  • After School: This includes on-site aftercare (VHAS) and various off-site providers (VANS Pick-Up), which you will indicate below.
