Please use this form to reserve your spot in one of our Virtual Tour/Discussion sessions for students interested in  the Master of Science in Clinical Dietetics.  Once you sign up, you will receive an e-mail with connection details approximately one week prior to the scheduled tour.

The tour will last approximately 30 minutes; it includes virtually viewing of the lab facilities, classrooms, and library areas in the Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences building (CHS) and the Raleigh J. Finkelstein building (both in downtown Grand Rapids). Time will be allotted for discussion of the program's highlights, as well as for student questions.
