This is only a request form. All changes are only confirmed when you receive the email notification from us.
Working Hours: 10am - 6pm

Please submit this request form at least 24 hours before (48 hours for 1 day preorder item) if you would like to:
  • Change order date and/or time
  • Change to in-store pickup (as well as the date or time)
  • Cancel order 
  • Today's order - Cancellation is not possible
  • Next day order - Cancellation is not possible after 2pm today. 
All refunds (if any) will be in the form of store credit voucher which will be sent to your email. 


Please note that we cannot change the delivery address or change from pickup to delivery, but you do have the options to:
  1. Cancel your order (you can place a new order via the refunded store credit voucher)
  2. Change the date and/or time
  3. Change to/Remain in-store pickup (by self or third party service)
