GABTA YouthBuild
The Georgia Building Trades Academy (GABTA) YouthBuild Program is a hands-on construction pre-apprenticeship program designed to prepare trainees to enter and succeed in a Registered Apprenticeship Program. Through the 9 month program, trainees will gain construction skills and training to develop a positive work ethic. Educational classes are included in the training increasing reading comprehension and math skills in order to successfully pass apprenticeship entry exams. Additionally, GED classes are also included for those who need to earn a diploma.
