We hope that you'll be joining us on February 12-15, 2026, at the Bellevue Hilton for the 34th Annual Sweetheart Jamboree. Our event includes over 70 workshop classes, in 9 different styles, ranging from beginning to advanced levels with local instructors, as well as a 2-hour West Coast Swing Intensive with Stephen White. We will also host dance competitions on Friday night, a Saturday evening dinner show, and social dances on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Our vendors typically include dance clothing, country western style clothing & gifts, massage therapy, dance shoes, jewelry, and makeup. The baseline vendor fee for the weekend is $50.00 for the first 6-foot space; Additional 6-foot space are available upon request, at the same rate. The vendor spaces are in great locations to showcase your merchandise, and we encourage our attendees to support our vendors throughout the event weekend. You can begin setting up your booth on Thursday, February 12th at 6:30 p.m. Please check in at the Sweetheart Registration Area (Pony Express) on the first floor near the main ballroom (OK Corral) to get your space assignment and assistance with setup. Hotel-room registration rate starts at $154.00, per night. The hotel always sells out, so make your reservation as soon as possible. You can either contact the Bellevue Hilton directly (425-455-1300) and ask for the 'Sweetheart Jamboree room block' to get the special event rate or you can click the Hotel Registration button on the Sweetheart Jamboree website, which will take you directly to the Bellevue Hilton website with the special rate already selected.

[The Hotel's 1st floor layout is able to accommodate multiple configurations for Vendor Booth sizing. For our application's purpose, a Ballroom hallway Booth Space will represent the baseline cost of $50; This is measured as 6-feet long by, approximately, 5-foot wide. Any additional 6' x 5' space is at the rate of $50 per space.  
When deciding on your answer, consider the space you'll want based upon how many 6-foot tables, racks or shelves you'll want in your space.]
