I’m honored that you are here and I would love to design and bake something special for your event! Custom cookies are the perfect way to elevate your dessert table, incorporate a unique design element to your party, or to gift to someone special.  

My calendar is always changing, so at times, it is possible to accommodate last-minute orders, but I recommend 6-8 weeks advance notice to thoroughly plan for your special custom order. Rush orders, due in less than 4 weeks from the time of form submission, are subject to a rush order fee of $20 per dozen. I do not book custom orders beginning December 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. 

This is an inquiry form, not an order form. While I try to take every order possible, it is not always possible. Quality, not quantity, is my top priority to ensure customer satisfaction - for this reason, I will not book more orders than I can reasonably produce to my high standards. I am a one-woman-show, therefore I tend to book up quickly. If you know you need cookies, the earlier confirmed, the better.

Upon agreement on the terms of the order, payment for the total estimate will be due within 72 hours to calendar your order. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit cards. 

After you fill out this order request, I will contact you within 72 business hours to go over details and availability before the order is confirmed.

I offer three design tiers based on the level of detail you would like included. Most of my sets that I design fall into the "Detailed" tier. However, if you are looking for something simple or more elaborate I offer those options as well. Please select your desired tier below. The starting price for my unique custom sugar cookies is determined by the amount of detail and the amount of time needed for the set, which is inclusive of preparation, baking, decorating, and packaging. Details such as many colors, mid level lettering, personalization, hand painting, logos, intricate florals, intricate details, and metallics will raise the base price. Cookies are rolled at 8 mm (5/16” inch) (thicker option is available, extra cost) and come in food safe clear bag and are heat sealed to maintain freshness. Individual packaging is an added cost. Pictures below are provided as reference.

If yes, a $0.50 charge per cookie applies for individual cookies to be heat-sealed in a cello wrapper. If cookies do not need to be individually sealed, no additional fees apply. Instead, cookies will be packaged together in large bags (this is appropriate for events where cookies will be laid open on a platter).

Please describe shapes, colors, characters, themes, and personalization details. If you are not quite sure, I am happy to draft designs and suggestions specific to your event. Please keep in mind I will not fully copy another artist's design or do any copyrighted characters. I am happy to take inspiration photos. If you have example images for inspiration, you may email them to jas@thecookiebossedh.com. Please keep in mind that cookie inspiration photos will be used as inspiration only as I do not recreate another cookie artists work to look exactly like theirs.
Which method of payment is preferred? *
Content Release: The Cookie Boss reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually. If you would like your order to remain confidential or posted after a certain date, please email jas@thecookiebossedh.com with details of your request. *
Outcomes & Expectations: Every cookie is handmade and may vary slightly from the photos used for inspiration (if applicable) and from each other. In addition, specific colors displayed on your viewing device may vary from the actual color processed. I do my best to color-match specific requests.

All custom cookie designs are a work of art based on my interpretation of your request. In some cases, your expectations may not be met for design, color, shape, or details. If you are disappointed in the final product, please reach out via email with your concerns. Refunds will only be available if order is not in line with original request and the entire product is returned.

Cookies are handled with care throughout the development process. If a cookie breaks in my possession, I will replace with an unbroken cookie. However, in some cases cookies will break while in possession of the customer. Once the package is picked up, broken cookies will not be replaced.

Allergen Notice: My kitchen is NOT a nut-free facility. I do take great care to not cross contaminate while baking. I use separate equipment and utensils for Gluten-Free and Vegan recipes, however, customers with serious dietary restrictions and allergies should always play it safe since I only have one oven in which the actual baking occurs. All products are prepared in the same facility, so exposure to common food allergens, while limited, is possible. If you, or anyone consuming these cookies, have any severe food allergies, please exercise caution and visit the "Ingredients" section of FAQs on www.thecookiebossedh.com for ingredient specifications. All cookies are prepared in a licensed and permitted home kitchen. The customer is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards, and The Cookie Boss will communicate ability to accommodate restrictions. *
Payment, Cancellation, & Modifications: Full payment is required upon agreement of order details and date. Once the payment has been received, your order will be placed on the calendar. Customers may cancel orders up to 4 weeks before the order due date for a 50 percent refund of the total order cost. A $50 fee or 50 percent of the total cost fee (whichever is greater) applies to all canceled orders within the cancellation period. Once the order due date is within the 4-week period, there are no cancellations or modifications allowed. *
