Nice to meet you, and thanks for taking the time to apply. Here's what the opportunity involves:

As a contributor you'll have the access to set up your very own digital 'shop' profile within our platform, 'Curated By We.' (Think Etsy - but digital and made by black and brown folx!)

We will be helping you get set-up with live virtual sessions to; create your shop, choose price ranges and connect your payout methods. We'll also be handling marketing and appropriate licensing terms on your behalf.

This opportunity is commission based. You will receive 85% commission of items licensed or sold from your shop. The other 15% will support checkout fees and on-going start-up costs.

OK, here's our description of the ideal contributor for this platform:

You're a Black, Latinx, or AAPI Designer, Photographer, Illustrator or Creative Industry expert who's created a library of images, graphics, templates or guides that companies and other creators could download to do better at featuring BIPOC identities and creativity in design, marketing, product development and or media representation.

The resource(s) you created are ready for uploading. You own the rights to these, and you've been jonesing for an easy way to share these with more people - to make some extra money, test your hand at building an online shop or expanding your existing shop's reach.

You have time and willingness to commit to a couple zoom sessions in the next 30 days to learn and build with us!
