New York Aquarium Booking Request Form
Only Guided Tours & Scavenger Hunts may be booked for the summer.

This online form is a booking request & not an inquiry form. We will need complete information to process your request. You will be emailed an invoice if we are able to complete your booking or receive an email & phone call if we are unable to complete your booking. Your balance will be due before your date of visit.

Photo Scavenger Hunt: Pre-K - 8th Grades
Say cheese! Charge your cell phones in preparation for this fun, interactive exploration of the Aquarium. In this self-guided visit, your students will work as a group to solve clues and complete challenges to learn about marine animals and ecosystems. Selfies required!

Duration: self-led experience
Price: $175 per class
Note: Our most flexible option, there is no limit to the number of classes you can bring on one day.

Guided Tour: K - Adult (Extremely Limited Availability - 1 tour per day)
Explore the New York Aquarium's amazing animals and exhibits with one of our trained Expedition Leaders. Our one-hour tours provide special, teachable moments to reinforce concepts introduced and explored in the classroom.

Duration: 60 minutes

Only 1 class at the 10:00am time slot per day. Maximum 1 class per day.

Animal Discovery: Pre-K - 2nd Grades (Available starting Sept 2019)
Learn how to view the world like a scientist! Our educator will guide students in using the 5 senses to make observations, ask questions, and record ideas. Your class will have exclusive access to an Aquarium classroom where they will touch a live sea anemone and observe live turtles and seahorses. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to sharpen foundational scientific skills.

Duration: 30 minutes
Price: $175 per class/ $125 Off Peak Price (visit date Sept-Feb)
Note: As one of our shorter programs Animal Discovery, lets you spend more time outside in the Aquarium during your field trip. Remember to be on time, though, since it is 30 minutes in length. Booking is based on availability.

Classroom Programs: Pre-K - 12th Grades (Available starting Sept 2019)
Programs are primarily held in one of our classrooms, and are a great way to meet an animal up close!

Build Your Own Program: Pre-K - 12th Grades (Available starting Sept 2019)
Customize your own Aquarium program! Let us know the theme and we'll tailor the experience for your group. You may also choose from pre-made standards-based program topics.

Duration: 60 minutes
Price: $300 per class
Note: If our established classroom programs are not meeting your needs, Build Your Own programs let you hone in on the topics and themes important to you and your class. Booking is based on availability.
