Spring 2019 CUSLAR Spanish classes
CUSLAR Spanish Elements I and II will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from February 5 through April 23, 2018, with the exception of February 26 and April 2-4. There are 20 classes total, 60 minutes each. Elements I is from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and Elements II follows, from 6:40 to 7:40 pm. Spanish III: Intermediate/Advanced Conversation, will meet Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 pm, from February 6 through April 17, 2018. There are 10 classes total, 90 minutes each.

Note: 5 student minimum, and 15 student maximum for each class. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class might be cancelled and full refunds will be given.

For Spanish Elements I & II:
I, the undersigned, agree to pay $425 in full by the first day of classes to CUSLAR for services rendered as detailed above. The early registration discount price is $395 and must be received by January 30, 2019.

For Spanish III:
I, the undersigned, agree to pay $325 in full by the first day of classes to CUSLAR for services rendered as detailed above. The early registration discount price is $295 and must be received by January 30, 2019.

Students will not be allowed to continue attending classes if payment is not received the first day of class. Checks should be made payable to CUSLAR/CTA and mailed to CUSLAR, 316 Anabel Taylor Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853. If you prefer to drop it off, you can bring it to the CURW Main Office, 118 Anabel Taylor Hall, and leave it in CUSLAR’s Mailbox. Exemptions applicable only to those students who requested and were approved for a payment plan or work-trade in advance. I the undersigned also understand that this course fee is for the entire semester, and no class-by-class price can be negotiated.

Refund Policy:

I, the undersigned, understand that if for any reason I choose to discontinue the CUSLAR Spanish class, I will be reimbursed 50% of the course fee if I stop attending classes and notify CUSLAR prior to the drop deadline, one week after the start of classes. After the drop deadline, tuition will be non-refundable. Class tuition can only be reimbursed 100% if CUSLAR is notified *before* classes begin, minus a $20 administrative fee. Keep in mind that CUSLAR is a not-for-profit organization, and all monies fundraised through language classes go toward continuing CUSLAR’s educational work that reaches the Ithaca community and beyond. If any class is discontinued because the minimum number of students has not been reached, all students will receive a full refund.
