Volunteer Roles needed:
Greeters - Greet and welcome job seekers. Offer directions throughout the facility.
Entry and exit survey team - Administer surveys as folks are entering and exiting.
Parking assistance - We will be using parking areas all around the Dream Center, so volunteers are needed to direct people to parking options.
Coaches - Coaches are a combination of a motivational speaker, tour guide, and friend. They encourage job seekers, help them prepare to meet employers, identify their skills, and assist in crafting good answers to tough questions. These folks will receive some extra training, leading up to the event, to be prepared to help folks with a record to explain their pasts, presents, and futures to employers.
Hospitality - There will be refreshments served to volunteers and business partners. A few hospitality volunteers will be helpful in serving and cleaning up the refreshments and the area where they will be served.
Story Tellers - Several folks with cameras or just their phones are needed to help capture and tell the amazing stories happening all around us.
