2019 Taste of Arvada Vendor Registration Form - Restaurant
Taste of Arvada is Thursday, June 13th from 5-8pm at the APEX Center, 13150 72nd Ave.

The goal of Taste of Arvada is to truly give attendees a taste of what Arvada has to offer- not only food and drinks, but local businesses, culture and entertainment!

Why do Taste of Arvada?
- NO CHARGE for restaurants that are Arvada Chamber members!
- Not a member? Participate for only $100
- Taste of Arvada is bigger and better this year! We are expanding to outdoor space which means more food, more fun and more potential customers for you to meet! We are expecting over 2,000 attendees
- HUGE marketing and social media exposure
- We make it easy for you… table, tablecloth and chairs included. Limited electricity available if needed
- Network with potential customers and partner businesses
- Compete for “Best Of” categories and receive a fabulous plaque if you win

Easy to Participate
- Provide 800-900 2 oz samples and what you need to serve them (napkins, plates, cups, etc)
- Place posters and table tents at your restaurant (we'll provide and deliver them to you)
- Restaurants can load in starting at 2pm, and we ask that everyone is ready to go at 4:30pm
- Bring menus, coupons and more to encourage people to dine with you in the future!

DEADLINE to apply: May 1, 2019.
Those who sign up before April 15th will get their business name on the promotional poster.

You will be notified if you are selected as a vendor and you must submit payment by May 15, 2019 or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the wait-list.
