Exhibition Proposal Form

Through this form, please offer us the following details:

  • A Title for the Exhibition and summary intent

  • Offer external locations to view work being displayed in the Exhibition

    • Please ensure permissions are granted for access to the destination folders 

    • Google Drive, Dropbox, or a professional website are examples of external locations

  • How large a space required for the Exhibition

    • We offer the main Gallery space and the Hallway space at different price points

  • How long the Exhibition will run

    • We offer runs from 3 to 6 weeks in length and will collaborate marketing efforts with you

  • Include main participating Artist CV, Artist Statement and Biography

    • If multiple artists are participating, please email us with the other artist’s details and methods to view work
