Bailey's 2016 Artisan Application
We have 2 dates available for this Holiday Artisan opportunity at our Monday pickups.

Monday December 19th
Space is very limited and fills up quickly, so register as soon as possible to secure a table.
Here are some vendor details:
Tables: The cost is $20 per table (suppliers who sell through our cash and invoice us at wholesale rates do not pay this fee). Payment is due at that day's pickup.
The tables are 4 feet x 30 inches and require you to provide a table cloth
We do have a few tables that will have access to electricity. We do not have extension cords - please bring your own.
*Please confirm how many tables you will need and if an electrical outlet is needed.
Set up is 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
We are open 3:30 pm to 7 pm
If needed, customers can pay with their Bailey's order. Please bring a receipt book for this purpose.
About You: In order to promote you it would be great if you could provide a 2-3 sentence blurb about who you are and what you make.
Please include any website/ facebook/ twitter/etc info so that we can promote you on social networks!
Pick Up Location Address: First United Church, 16 William Street West, Waterloo, Ontario N2L 1J3 (enter by the glass door on Caroline near Alexandra).
Two-hour free parking is permitted until 6 pm behind the LCBO. Parking after 6 pm is free and is not time controlled.
Please do not park in the church parking lot, though you are welcome to use it for unloading and loading.
The church has requested that we do not park in the lot. It is small and could be unsafe for those walking through it. We would like the spots in the parking lot reserved for our Market Assistants and those who have Accessibility Parking Permits.
