Check cords and wires to make sure none are disconnected or loose
Check power strip to ensure it is working
Restart your computer
Write down or take a screenshot of any error messages.
(Screenshots can be taken using the Snipping Tool in Windows 10 Start Menu and will save to your pictures folder.)
