Agility expresses the ability of a person or organization to efficiently adapt to the changing conditions of the business environment.
The aim of this study is to deepen knowledge about the factors determining the agility of a leader (agile leadership) and an organization (agile organization) from the subjective perspective of a business practitioner.
This quantitative study consists of three blocks, each composed of 10 closed questions and a simplified metric (position, gender, and industry represented by the respondent).
The study is conducted for scientific purposes and participation in it is fully anonymous. Honest answers are of great importance for the scientific value of the study.
This study is part of our project, which aims to generally compare Polish and Finnish thinking in the field of agility. Finland is one of the most innovative countries in Europe. Poland has not yet, but it has aspirations :) So, there is room for interesting observations. We will therefore be extremely grateful for your contribution.
Thank YOU for your kind participation
