Alameda Children's Business Fair May 2026 Application
The fair is on Saturday, May 2 from 12-5pm (setup time 11am-noon). The cost to register is $15.

Applications will close on Sunday, April 26 or when we reach capacity. Earlier applications have priority, with acceptance notifications beginning March 10. 

We will reach capacity for this event so we will only be able to accept applications from youth living or attending school in the city of Alameda. Please DO NOT APPLY if no members of your group live or attend school in Alameda; we will unfortunately not have space to accept your business.

No electricity will be provided and power generators are not allowed. We recommend bringing pre-charged or battery-operated electronics.

The Alameda Children's Business Fair is not able to obtain authorization for food/beverage sales on your behalf. If you choose to sell food/beverages you acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking any necessary permissions and operating safely.

Each business will be assigned a space about 5.5 ft wide x 4 ft deep for their setup. Fair organizers will set up folding 8 foot tables to be shared by 2 businesses (1 space surface 4 ft x 2.5 ft), or you can bring your own furniture to display your business. *

*IMPORTANT* There is a non-refundable fee of $15 to hold your registration. This will include a spot at the fair, plus a table if needed.
