AERO Membership Application (New Members)
Please complete this application and return the necessary supporting documentation no later than Wednesday, June 1, 2018 in order to be eligible for AERO Membership during the 2018-2019 school year. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Members will be notified of acceptance no later than June 11, 2018. Thank you for your interest in joining AERO!
Membership Requirements (Please check all that your organization can complete)
3 or more years of service to San Diego County schools and communities.
Local San Diego county organization as verified by a copy of 501(c)3 or Business License .
Programs are facilitated by qualified Teaching Artists.
Provide 3 letters of recommendation. (contact us for more information
Participate in end of year survey.
Supporting documentation mailed, emailed, or hand delivered no later than 6/1/18
Participate in a minimum of 5 AERO Events during the 2018-2019 school year.
