Psychology Futures Interest Form
The Psychology Future Scholars program is geared towards assisting graduate students by offering them additional support in tandem with their graduate program area. We specifically focus on supporting graduate students from a diverse set of backgrounds (broadly defined).

The program offers support in the form of
1) Affinity mentorship – having an additional mentor outside of your program area that you can customize to your interest and needs
2) Specialty training by faculty members in the psychology or other department areas that are tailored to your needs
3) Funding in the form of small grants $500 to support research and professional development. Students can apply for the grant annually, and they will be issued on a first-come first-served basis.

We hope that this program offering will help you achieve your academic and career goals. This form is for you to answer some questions about your interests, goals, and mentorship needs to get started with the program. We will follow up with you by email once we have reviewed your responses to discuss next steps.

If you have any pressing professional development needs and would like to request professional development funds, please email Blair (cbb@msu.edu) and Emma (crumbyem@msu.edu) with details.
