Summer School: Physical Education ($250) 2019 (seats limited)
PE will take place May 29th through June 14h from 8am to 1pm. Location:Sells Middle School 150 W. Bridge Street Dublin, Oh 43017. PE attendance is mandatory (can only miss 1 day, on the 2nd absence student is either withdrawn without refund or each subsequent absence after the 1st one results in a letter grade drop) since the state of Ohio requires a minimum of 60 activity related hours (some of which could include a take-home final exam/ assessment on the last day). Field Trips (no additional costs) are also arranged by staff and further information will be sent home prior to any trips (ie. HighBanks Metro Parks).

Due to the 5 hour time frame, please send a snack or packed lunch with the student, in addition to a water bottle, especially if they will be staying after PE is over to take our Blended Health class option for the corresponding days.

Physical Education I / II (.25 credits) *
Attendance is mandatory, anything over 1 day will result in being withdrawn in the class (or possibly only a drop in letter grade for each subsequent absence upon 2nd+ absence(s)) without a refund. The state of Ohio requires 60 hours of physical activity to count as one of the PE requirements (.25cr) which is why the class is designed the way that it is. Physical Education in June ($295) paid to the guidance secretary in your student's current school building. Selecting the "1" below indicates you'd like to register for PE (this helps with counting the number of allowable registrations on Dublin's end). If you receive a message blocking you from registering here, it is because this particular class has reached its maximum capacity. Graduation requirements: Two .25cr PE classes or utilize the PE waiver and take a different elective in its place (see counselor)-- this class can be taken more than once to satisfy the 2 PE requirements.
Amount Collected ($250) & Check #: *
Please turn payment in to guidance office secretaries and record the cheque number below that will later be turned in. Once payment is received your registration spot will be reserved. Please also put the student name and their class(es) in the memo of the cheque. Payment made out to, "Dublin City Schools".
