Team Adelaide and STRIDE Squad
Team Adelaide and the STRIDE Squad are a group of trained and experienced coaches who will conduct site visits during the season as well as be a resource for newer coaches. During each visit, the Team Adelaide and STRIDE Squad volunteers will complete a short, informal site evaluation checklist. Site visits ensure uniformity and quality of program delivery while allowing us to offer feedback and support to current coaches of GOTR and STRIDE teams

Team Adelaide and STRIDE Squad is a great volunteer opportunity for those who cannot commit enough time to coach but who want to stay involved. Additionally, Team Adelaide and STRIDE Squad members who complete the training and site visits will receive a free race registration for our end of season 5K!

Most teams practice right after school for 75 minutes. The start times range from 3:00-4:00pm, but there are some teams that practice at the Y later in the day if that is the only time you would be available to do a site visit.
