2016 Second Taichung City Administration Center Flora & Greenery Design CompetitionApplication form
In response to the urban aesthetics of the 2018 Taichung World Flora Expo, city hall has resolved to transform the Second Taichung City Hall and its frontal square into a paradise of greenery and flowers, making it a prime example of the promotion of urban aesthetics. The concept is “Flower and Green of vibrancy—listening to the sound of blossoming flowers with the citizens of Taichung.” Therefore, this design competition is held in hopes of gathering ideas from city folks. Participants are encouraged imagine the future of city hall square and form a bond with the administration in promoting the development of Taichung’s city administration.

●Prizes:
I. First Place: NT$100 thousand cash prize and certificate. 1 winner.
II. Second Place: NT$30 thousand cash prize and certificate. 1 winner.
III. Third Place: NT$10 thousand cash prize and certificate. 1 winner.
IV. Honorable Mention: NT$1000 cash prize and certificate. 36 winners.
V. Online Voting Popularity Award: NT$1000 cash prize and certificate. 4 winners.
VI. All cash prizes will be issued by “deposit.”

Winners should provide personal bank account information within 15 days of being notified to assist with prize issuance. Income taxes and 2nd generation NHI will be deducted from the cash prizes according to the Republic of China Income Tax Act.
