An award honoring any Wisconsin Heights District Employee for their passion and excellence in inspiring and supporting members of our school community.  

Through hard work and compassion, our staff shape the minds of our students, but also touch the hearts of those around them.  In the true spirit of the Vanguard, we are taking this opportunity to acknowledge those individuals leading the way.  

Staff members, students and parents will have the opportunity to submit a nomination on behalf of a staff member who has impacted their life/child's life or school community in a special way.  Recipients will be recognized at a regular scheduled school board meeting.
