Parents are asked to make every attempt to keep non-medical absences to a minimum. On rare occasions there may be a need for a non-medical absence from school.

By completing this form, you acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the student to maintain and get caught up on any missed activities and/or assessments while away. The teacher may assist with a learning plan and due dates and deadlines. The teacher is NOT expected to provide individual help outside of regular class time. Students will be encourage to use TORCH time for this purpose.

Final Exams and Diploma Exams must be written as scheduled. Please do not plan vacations during this time.
