Familicide call to 500 Survivors - Malicious Removal 

This form is used to collect survivor testimonies for a formal shadow report to the United Nations (CAT) concerning human rights violations within the UK Family Court system.

Over many years, a clear and recurring pattern has emerged across hundreds/thousands of local authority cases:

- A child, parent or stranger discloses/reports domestic or child abuse
- The local authority build a case against the protective parent(s) based on personal opinion, bias, discrimination, training on pseudoscientific concepts and wilful ignorance of laws/procedure
- The local authority convince Family Court that children must go into foster care or forced adoption
- Children are removed from caring parents, placed at risk, and survivors are silenced or penalised for speaking out

When this pattern is repeated across cases, it becomes a systemic failure, not an individual one. These practices cause serious psychological harm to both children and protective parents and raise significant concerns under international human rights law.

Why your testimony matters

Your experience is not being collected in isolation. Each testimony contributes to identifying patterns that international investigators look for when assessing whether a state is failing in its duty to protect children and survivors of abuse.

SECTION 3: Thematic Testimony 

Each of these themes reflects a pattern recognized in UN torture reports. Include key facts only. You don’t have to write perfectly — just truthfully and clearly.

Theme 1 – Invasion of Privacy

What private information did they demand you provide eg. GP records, by which agency ( judges, social workers, police, CAFCASS, etc.) and what did it cost you to provide (if anything)
