Gas and Electic Service's 
RG&E Auto Revert On
RG&E  has a service called Owner Always On/Auto Revert. When a tenant vacates a property, this will automatically switch the service back into your name without you having to make a phone call. This protects you and the property from any damages caused by the power being turned off and allows us to have uninterrupted service to turn the property over. 
This will only occur in the event that the property becomes vacant before a new tenant is ready to move in.  It will not revert if there are billing lapses by the tenant. We ask that you set up this Auto Revert service with RG&E in your name for you to receive the bill while the property is vacant. Please email the completed form to RG&E at  customer_service@rge.com  and copy us at  info@gmprop.com

Landscaping 
Landscaping upkeep of the property would be the Owners responsibility, we do this because landscaping that is not properly maintained can be a big expense down the line. Do you have anyone to take care of that for you, or would you like us to set that up?
