Creative Pathways - Leadership Lab is a holistic support program designed to empower formerly incarcerated artists by fostering personal growth, wellness, and professional development. The program includes bi-weekly sessions focused on creative skill-building and wellness practices and offers a fellowship track for artists to give back to the community. This year's sessions will pair participants with mentors in different subject areas related to being an artist in today's world. Participants will be paid a stipend for attending.

The program will begin with an Orientation Session via Zoom on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 at 7pm CST followed by regular gatherings via Zoom on Wednesday evenings every other week. You will need access to a smartphone, tablet or computer connected to the internet to participate. Meetings will be a sober, substance-free space for everyone's comfort.

The program is open to all formerly incarcerated artists with a current artistic practice and the group size is expected to be 8-10 people. Art from the Inside staff will make the final participant selections.
