A_Marcel seeks 12 performers to create a guerrilla street processional for a performance piece entitled "On the Clock."

It will be a migratory feast in spite of and to spite the current US Administration, ICE and our general state of emergency. It will be the feed we need, a spectacle of joy.

There will be hotdogs and silvery costumes. And drones filming from above.

Sign up to participate in this carnivalesque protest will take place on Wednesday, February 12th at 12pm for 12 minutes across from the Trump Hotel. This renegade spectacle is a volunteer gig. The performance is a part of the What Remains festival at the Defibrillator gallery. For festival info, visit https://dfbrl8r.org/exhibit/what-remains

A_Marcel is a Boston-based new media artist whose works spans performance, video and sculpture in an effort to explore the intersections of critical refugee studies, queer futurity and surveillance. Hot dogs are a significant medium and theoretical lynchpin to their work. As are giphys and memes. For more info, watch Hot Dogs 24/7: https://vimeo.com/295266114 [ Instagram: @anna_croc01 ]
