Parent/Legal Guardians should follow the steps below to provide your student's enrolment confirmation for the 2017-2018 school year. One form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one Returning Student Confirmation Form, you will have the opportunity to "Submit Another Admission" from the "Confirmation" page. Please only submit this form for the students who are currently enrolled at our school. If you have a student at another school please complete the form that comes from that school.
