Hope Hollow Basketball Club Coaching Application
Thank you for your interest in coaching with our basketball club. Previous coaching experience is strongly desired. Coaching with our basketball is not time consuming and will require about 4 to 5 hours of your time each week. Your desire to be a be a positive role model to our participants is our #1 priority! 

Please complete the application properly and in its entirety. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may disqualify you from a coaching position.  

All coaches (Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches) must submit to and pass a criminal background check prior to being selected to fill the role. 

As a gesture of appreciation, individuals selected as head coaches will be provided with a discounted registration rate for their participant!
