The LWTC Campaign brings together frontline human service workers, community providers, advocates, and organizers across Illinois to call for better pay for people who provide life-saving and quality-of-life improving services in the state.With your support, the LWTC Campaign will rally in Springfield to urge the governor, state senators, state representatives, and state agencies to advocate for the following bills:
  • Co-Sponsor and Support the Human Services Workforce Sustainability Act (HB4450 / SB2883)
  • Appropriate $5 M to invest in the Human Service Professional Loan Repayment Program (HB4362/SB2901) 
  • Support the creation of a Human Service Pay Equitable Taskforce (HB# coming soon!)
