This short form is to elicit your interest for a 6-week Online Live Mindfulness & Happiness program that begins Jan 14, 2022. This program is an adaptation of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course.
PROGRAM BENEFITS (Measured on standard scientific scales for the past batches):

A nominal fully refundable security deposit is requested upfront to ensure time commitments are respected.
Saturday - 2 hour live session (starting at 6 PM IST)
Monday to Friday - 30 minutes for 6 weeks (including live practices on some days for those who can join at 7 AM IST)
