This is an application for a position as a staff member at BilligerHost. Depending on your role, your job would be assisting customers, billing requests, members of the community, and helping them with any inquiries they may have. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 16 Years old
- Must be very fluent in English
- Must have a working microphone
- Must be adept at verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Must possess a professional demeanor
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and reconciling
- You are not allowed to work for another hosting company while working for us
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluently multilingual
- Exceptional technical aptitude
- Knows programming language(s)
- Familiar with the Pterodactyl panel
- Knowledgeable of the services we provide
- Ability to think critically and creatively outside of the box
