Middle School Recruitment Survey
Welcome to middle school admissions for students entering middle school in fall 2021!

This year, the Office of Student Enrollment is supporting all middle schools in making their recruitment events and resources virtual. We are encouraging middle schools to have page on their school website that lists all information about virtual open houses, tours, etc. We are requesting the link to that page on your website so that it can be added directly to your schoolโ€™s page in the MySchools middle school directory (myschools.nyc/en/schools/middle-school).

In the survey below, please submit the link (URL) to that page so that it may be added to the MySchools directory. At this time we are only requesting the link; your page does not yet need to have information about your events.
