Merry Millersberg Nomination Form

At Millersberg Construction, we believe in giving back to the families in our community. We are hosting our FOURTH annual "Merry Millersberg" and we need your help! Do you know of a family in the Northfield, Rice County or Steele County area who may be experiencing hardship and could benefit from a little extra cheer this Christmas? We want you to nominate them!

We are taking nominations up until December 1st and will choose 3-5 families to sponsor. Each family will receive a customized Christmas experience based off of their wants and needs this holiday season. Millersberg Construction will be hand delivering to these families during the week of December 15th.

As the person nominating, if your submission is picked, we will need your help gathering as much information about the family’s needs, clothing sizes, favorite things etc as well as potentially helping facilitate the drop off dates.

Millersberg reserves the right to make any changes at any time. Nominees are subject to verification. Millersberg respects the privacy of all nominees, no personal information or photos will be publicized. Applications close December 1st. Self nominations are allowed.
