Baptism certs are available from the church where your child was Baptised. These must be submitted to the Parish Office (in person, by post, scanned or photographed copy by email) no later than 31st December 2025.

I understand that if I have not submitted my child's Baptism Cert and Registration Form by 31st December 2025 my child may not be able to be included in the First Communion Ceremony in 2026.
