The Costume Deposit is due October 9th, 2026, this is half of the costume fee. The Remaining Balance is due Nov 6th, 2026. All costume fees are due by November 6th, 2026.
Costumes will only be ordered once all requirements are met:
1. Form completed and submitted
2. Payment received by November 6, 2026
3. Tuition account is current
Costumes will NOT be ordered until these steps are complete.
Orders placed after November 6, 2026 will incur a $25 special order/handling fee and will follow the late costume order policy.
Any costumes ordered after November 30, 2026 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for recital pictures and may not be available at all.
Costumes are ordered by size from professional costume companies, so they are NOT customized to fit your child exactly. To ensure best fit, we will measure your child accurately and order the size that comes closest to your child’s measurements, taking into account additional growth through the end of the year. Once the costume fee and recital fee have been paid, it is non-refundable and no changes can be made. Costumes typically do not arrive until late spring. If a costume does not fit correctly, you will be responsible for the alterations.
Revue Fee
The Revue Fee is $150 and due February 11th, 2027. This fee includes a revue t-shirt, a professionally recorded video of the performance, and one free ticket per student. The fee is non-refundable. Late fee for payments made after the due date will be $25. The performance location is Mecklenburg School Complex. The revue is an optional event for each student. Please note that all students must participate in the dress rehearsal to perform in the recital. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In summary, the revue participation form is due October 2nd, the costume fees are $105 - $135 per student per class and due November 6th. The revue fee is $150 per student due February 11th.
