Each institution is permitted to enter one team into this league. This entry form is for one team.

At both Phase 1 and Phase 2 there is the option to enter second and third teams (where space permits) to swim alongside the BUSL gala as non-point scoring teams to maximise participation.

It must be clear which lanes in Phase 1/2 are ACTIVE BUSL LANES and which ones are non-point scoring. These should not be mixed up.

No formal entry form is required for these non-point scoring teams. Simply liaise with the hosting team to determine how much capacity there is - if there is free space, use it!
