You acknowledge by submitting this form you are giving a 30 days notice to vacate your Commercial Northwest unit. If the date provided is less than 30 days of your leases term end date you will be contacted by our Move Out team.

You will need to remove all possessions, from the unit, by your move out date. If you plan to vacate before then, please let us know at moveout@commercialnw.com.

Failure to remove all possessions by your move out date, as specified in this form, will result in additional rent and a daily $100 fee until keys are returned.

We recommend signing into your resident portal and remove any automatic payments.

You acknowledge by submitting this form you are giving a 30 days notice to vacate your Commercial Northwest unit for the ENTIRE household. If the date provided is less than 30 days of your lease's term end date you will be contacted by our move-out team.
You acknowledge if you marked "yes" to vacating your lease early, there could be fees up to and not limited to $500 per your signed lease agreement.
Retraction: After two weeks of receiving the notice to vacate (NTV), we cannot accept any retraction notice or move out date extension. Once an NTV has been received, we begin working on advertising and marketing the unit and at times we accept a deposit for new tenants.
Personal Property: In the event that you abandon personal property on the premises or in front of the property, you may be held responsible for the cost of removal for those materials.
Security Deposit: Your lease requires that you leave your unit in a clean and undamaged condition. Please review the Cleaning Guidelines to help ensure that you get the most of your security deposit returned to you. The expense of cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, if any, will be charged against your security deposit. You will be notified of any charges by mail, postmarked within 30 days according to Idaho State Law. Please note that the purpose of your security deposit is not to cover last month’s rent or any fees prior to vacating.
Unit Inspection: After you have vacated the unit, the unit will be inspected. A pre-move out inspection may be conducted to help our maintenance team expedite the turnover process. We will look to see the condition of the flooring, paint, and if any major damages will need attention. You’re welcome to take photos and video for your own personal records.
Key Return: Upon leaving the unit for the last time, please be sure to fully secure the rental by locking all windows and doors. We require all keys be returned to our corporate office 2717 W. Bannock St. STE.100, Boise, ID 83702. Please ensure that keys are labeled with the address or you will be charged for their replacement.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
