Please use this form to formally register for the following programs: Suzuki Violin and Traditional Bass, Viola, Cello, Voice & Piano classes. An invoice will be sent with the total cost. First year students may select a 3 payment plan option with a credit card on file.

Tuition is non-refundable. Once registered this is an agreement that the full amount of the tuition for the year must be paid whether or not the lessons are completed by the student .

For monthly or 3 payments, a credit card must be current and on file - Payments made with credit card with carry a 3% annual fee which will be added to total tuition
- There is no cost to use Venmo/Check
- 10% discount for more than one 32 week program registration
- 10% discount for 2 or more siblings registered for a 32 week program
- 5% discount if paid in full at registration
