Parent Survey - Smith County Schools 2020-21 School Year
Please answer the following questions as Smith County Schools plan for the return of students for the 2020-2021 school year.  Please note that several scenarios are being considered and final decisions may not be made for a few weeks and will be dependent on guidance from state and federal officials.

If you have children in different grade levels or different schools, please complete a separate survey for each child.  Your children's experiences at different grade levels and in each of our buildings is important to us.  The survey will likely take 5-6 minutes.  Thank you very much for your time and input.
