TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Volunteers receive free registration for the day(s) of shift they volunteer. Volunteers are required to commit to their shift for their entire shift. Any volunteer who does not finish their duties as assigned or leaves their shift early may be subject to paying registration fees. Volunteers DO NOT receive free registration for days they are not assigned a shift. Do you agree to these terms? *

In order for volunteers to be properly prepared for their role, volunteers are required to show up for mandatory training the morning of the day(s) of their shifts. Volunteer training times will be posted by February 6, 2022, and will occur before registration opens. Do you agree to attend mandatory training? *

In order for volunteers to excel in their role, volunteers are required to take direction from assigned NMAEYC staff, Board members and/or volunteer leads. Volunteers are also required to return all items distributed to them to do their job in the same condition they were signed out to them, such as volunteer badges, signs, etc, or may be subject to paying the cost of any lost items.
