Red states will voucherize and privatize healthcare which will increase provider profits and decrease the quality of care for the poor who disproportionally suffer from diabetes and obesity. These voters will in turn elect even more conservative legislatures because they guarantee them the right to continue to kill themselves at the taxpayers expense. Eventually, these states are overrun by sickness and poverty but they still carry elections because of the electoral college and the democrats keep nominating unelectable candidates. Buy stock in soda manufacturers and drink water and unsweetened iced tea for your own health which you can enjoy with the profits from your soda stocks. Man, that's freedom American style!
